9yr Buffalo Trace Single Barrel

Nose:

Light fruit, cinnamon, light fruit turns into more of an apple the longer you nose it. Also getting some vanilla pudding. 

Palate:

Immediate brown sugar, baking spice turns into a vanilla custard. Cinnamon apple carries through the entire palate 

Finish:

Very subtle spice lingers throughout the entire finish. Cinnamon, vanilla pudding is prevalent to the entire pour. Finish is medium but is damn good.
